Your purchases goes towards supporting my passion and funds towards me being able to experiment and create a variety of geeky goodies! I hope my work brings smiles to your everyday!

SHIPPING INFO

Orders are shipped out from BC, Canada through Canada Post.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. We generally ship orders out once a week, on Friday.

Where do you Ship to?

Shipping Worldwide*! Please note that shipping maybe restricted to some countries. View the Canada Post Services Alert Page for updated info.

Tracking please?

Shipping is generally un-tracked but if you would like tracking with your order, please contact me immediately with your order# (sent to you via email after you order) to be charged the remaining balance to add tracking.

How long will it take to receive my order?

*** Due to COVID, shipping times might be delayed. Please check with your local postal office for more information. ***

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the local Postal Service (Canada post / USPS / etc) Most Canada and USA orders can take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days to be delivered depending ont he efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping take anywhere between 2 - 14 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges?

At this moment, there are No returns or exchanges unless the product or order is incorrect / defective.
That being said, if you have a problem with your item, do not hesitate to reach out through DMs on my social media (faster response) @featherxcrown / email at [email protected] and we will try to help you. Please save your order/reciept number that is sent you you via email.

Damaged Items

Your product will never ship out damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*There is a 10 day return or exchange window from when you have recieved the item, for damaged / incorrect /defective goods.
